This clever gadget connects your martingale to a girth that has a D-ring in the centre. Simply buckle it on to your martingale/breast plate/breast girth and then clip on and off your girth. It is more comfortable for your horse as you are not slipping a leather strap around between your horse and girth which can cause a pressure point on your horse. And it is safer and quicker to tack up for you! You spend as little time under your horse as necessary plus only one hand is required unlike some other martingale fastenings. Be warned though – once used you are hooked!
