This t-shirt was once a faded and stained yellow sitting on a discount rack, but now it exudes the light, love, and peace I associate with the Loving Kindness Meditation. I thoroughly cleaned it, and decided to do an abstract tie-dye on it so the floral pinks, oranges, and yellows blend together like a sunset, leaving the focus on the words and patches. It includes a black and white Buddha in meditation patch and a yellow and white daisy on the front, around the words “Loving Kindness” which were hand printed by me using the traditional block printing method. On the back, a verse taken from the Loving Kindness Metta Prayer used in meditation and reads: “May you be happy, may you be healthy, may you be free from suffering, may you live in peace” surrounded by two more daisy patches and a black and white OM ��️ symbol patch. I loved using the block printing method and although some letters aren't in line with the others, I feel it adds to the message. We are not perfect beings and neither is this shirt, but we are filled with love, creativity, and kindness.This t-shirt measures around 21 inches across the chest and 29 inches in length, making it a size Medium. This t-shirt will be packaged in plastic-free packaging to reduce any harm to Mother Nature.
